Have you decided on your floorplan and budget? Your next step is to carefully read through your contract with your builder to fully understand all aspects of your agreement. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid ask!
You have the final say.
Ensure that you and your builder are aligned on how you want your new home to look. Remember to discuss which rooms you would like to stand out, as well as your preferred materials and finishes. Communicate your overall vision, flexible areas, and the non-negotiables.
