For Yallarah Sales Consultant Lerreace Camenzuli, the thought of helping to shape Echuca’s brand-new community is an opportunity that she couldn’t pass up. Born-and-bred in Echuca/Moama, Lerreace says that the region has always been “home”, despite stints living in Melbourne and Brisbane.
“My connection and passion for Echuca is strong. It’s incredibly satisfying to know that in my role, I can have a hand in the creation of a community and enriching people’s lives in the process.
“I’m ecstatic to be a member of the Wel.Co team, learning about their philosophy regarding building new communities and unlocking better lives for people. I feel privileged to be working on the Yallarah project and take pride in knowing what a great community it will become.”
Having spent much of her career working in the real estate/property industry, Lerreace has lots of experience in helping people get into their new home. “Buying a property is one of the biggest decisions people make in their lives, both emotionally and financially. It often marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their lives, and I love being a positive part of these milestones.” Mum to two children aged 5 and 3, Lerreace says that Echuca has lots to offer the local community.
“Being able to live so close to the Murray/Campaspe Rivers and surrounding bushland means we’re perfectly positioned to see some of the most gorgeous landscapes daily and have priority access to the best locally grown produce and wines. We have some amazingly talented and lovely members in our community and there is always something to do. Our culinary, hospitality, music and tourism scene is one of the best in the country and that’s what makes me so proud to live and raise my children here.”
